Built From Real Lettings Work

Autoprop was developed to solve the repeat work letting teams handle every day: enquiries waiting, applicants chasing, staff context-switching and important decisions needing a clean handoff.

Why we built it

Lettings teams lose time to the same repeat work every day: leads waiting for replies, applicants needing updates and staff moving cases through email.

Autoprop exists because much of that work can be handled consistently, with the team brought in when judgement, landlord approval or a personal decision is needed.

The aim is simple: help agencies keep routine work moving without losing control of the important decisions.

What makes it different

Real agency operations first, AI second.

Built from Real Work

The product comes from actual lettings operations, not imagined software demos or generic chatbot scripts.

Work Moves Forward

Autoprop is designed to produce a useful result: keep work moving, record the outcome and hand off when a human decision is needed.

Human Control

The point is not to hide the team. It is to automate the repeatable work while humans keep control of judgement calls and approvals.

Lean Agency Operations

Agencies can handle more routine work without adding another full-time coordinator for every bottleneck.

Clear Customer Updates

People get updates at the right moments, without staff rewriting the same messages all day.

Built for UK Lettings

The product is shaped around UK agency expectations and the real messiness of day-to-day lettings work.

How we got here

Autoprop came from solving agency bottlenecks first.

The work was too manual

Lettings teams spend too much of the day repeating the same replies, chasing the same details and moving the same cases through inboxes.

We automated the repeatable parts

Routine agency work can be handled consistently while the team stays in control of judgement calls.

We kept the team in control

Where approval, judgement or landlord sign-off is needed, Autoprop prepares the handoff instead of pretending humans do not matter.

Then we made it usable for agencies

The result is a lettings workspace that can handle agreed repeat steps, keep the record clear and work alongside supported systems where access is available.

What we believe

We believe estate agency operations are changing, and agencies that adopt useful automation early will run with an advantage.

We believe letting agents need work completed, not another system that still leaves every task with the team.

And we believe AI should be practical: doing repeatable work, escalating judgement calls and keeping humans in control.

Who's behind it

Autoprop was built by James Moss, a UK estate agent, after automating the lettings admin his team was doing by hand every day. The product comes from real agency pressure, not a generic AI demo.

James still helps agencies scope and prove the first workflow. Connections, controls and any supported data move are confirmed before launch.
