1. Service description
Autoprop provides an AI letting agent and dashboard for UK letting agencies. The service supports lead handling, viewing booking, customer communication and related operational workflows.
2. Eligibility
You must be a UK letting agent, landlord or property professional with authority to represent your company. By connecting inboxes, calendars or CRM systems, you confirm you have the right to use those accounts with Autoprop.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, listing, tenancy and agency information.
- Review setup, approval rules and sensitive communications during onboarding.
- Maintain secure access to connected inboxes, calendars, CRMs and payment tools.
- Ensure applicants, tenants, landlords and contractors receive any required notices about automated communication.
4. Fees and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed at purchase. Fees are shown at signup or in a separate order form. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Third-party integrations may require separate provider fees.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel according to your subscription terms or by contacting Autoprop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed. Data export support is available before closure.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Autoprop to send spam, discriminatory content, unlawful housing communications or fraudulent material. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, abuse or deliverability risk.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and reliable. Support is provided through the channels agreed with your agency. Critical incidents affecting operational communication are prioritised.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months and excludes indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
